About the Alkmaar Grand Prix
National and international dance couples, from rising beginners to established champions, compete in a day full of energy, elegance and emotion.
The Grand Prix is organised by multiple Dutch Champion Amateurs & Professionals Joost Findhammer and Sina Sawall. With their years of experience and expertise in the (inter)national competition circuit, they know what a competition needs to be a success.
Whether you come to watch, compete or volunteer, the Alkmaar Grand Prix will let you feel the power of dance.

A professionally organised dance competition meeting all NADB requirements
Venue: Kees Kist Lounge, AZ Stadium, Alkmaar.
Categories: All classes and age groups according to NADB classification.
Organisation: Joost Findhammer & Sina Sawall (FiSa DanceSport).
Jury: 7 Internationally recognised judges with a great balance of men and women.
DJ: Official WDSF-certified DJ Patric Lagas.

Kees Kist Lounge – AFAS Stadium, home of AZ Alkmaar
Stadionweg 1, 1812 AS AlkmaarCar: Situated directly along the A14 / N9. Follow signs for “AZ Stadion.” Parking is free of charge and available at P1.
Public transport: From Alkmaar Station, take bus 163 or 165 and get off at the “AZ Stadion” stop.
Bicycle: Large, dedicated bicycle parking areas are located right next to the stadium entrance.
Entrance: Ingang 7 – take the escalator upstairs to the Kees Kist Lounge.
